This page concerns itself with: INDIVIDUALS who had their FREEDOMs VIOLATED by the GOVERNMENT when their FREEDOMs should not have been violated.
A thought is that if Tax dollars caused abuses, then tax dollars can make the paybacks: I think that the longer it takes for the laws to change and the paybacks to be "distributed" the more each and everyone of us(as citizens) is going to have to pay... one way or another.
Below are some EXAMPLES : Obviously I am not the "know all, see all" on this issue. However, on a rated scale of justice in a return, you, if logical, will hopefully see what I mean by the NEED for PAYBACKS to be made. You may be asking, "Why is this guy placing a 'dollar-sign' to the abuse?" ~ Well, to me it is the most logical way to proceed at this point, if someone else has a better idea then let them speak.There is a lot to say about "EACH SPECIFIC CASE", just try to understand what this page PAINTS THE PICTURE of DIRECTION FOR.
Wrongful incarcerations ~ EXAMPLE : for free will actions of drug use or sale of something like ecstacy or herbs like marijuana or what-have you. It is horrible to be incarcerated when you should not be: we’re Talking MILLIONS for this situation, remember ~ each case is a different case. I was generally thinking a minimum of Half a MIllion A year, if people think it should be higher then maybe it will be higher... what ever the amount of money ~ trust me, it's not worth the time served and abuse that goes along with that time. Some cases will have to be DELINEATED obviously, as they may have had VIOLENCE or DUI/DWI tied in with them ~ and in those cases it is really a lot more simple than it may sound ... you must separate the the ACTUAL WRONG from the "mislabeled wrong".
Syringical rapes, I think we’re again speaking on the levels of millions. Coerced druggings could reach millions depending on the case we may be in the upper hundreds of thousands to millions, like I said this all depends on HOW MUCH, for HOW LONG etc etc. I am Speaking about: "outside the line of defense cases", not speaking about cases where POLICE may use a TRANQUILZER-GUN in the actual real bonafide line of duty, name of defense to protect innocent victims.
VIOLENT Involuntary BRAIN-SHOCKS and other RAPEFULLY forced medical procedures: MILLIONS.
INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE HOSED DOWN WHEN they were peacefully marching for freedom (case specific).
Forms of WRONGFUL profiling -- abusive/wrongful Things that the government did to others in the way/means of PROFILING. Payments will be determined by the amount of abuse applied to them. (I really don’t know what this is called ~ snow falling on cedars example ~ concentration camps example )
"UNCONSENTUAL-paddling" ~ HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS and UP to millions, again case specific. (This is embarassing for me to discuss, but put simply : a paddle is a sexual thing/tool/device, as is the action of a SPANKING sexual in its ways.) I am Speaking about "after the fact beatings", obviously ~ in order to BREAK UP violence, you as an "administrator/defender" would have the right to use ANY means necessary(to the extent necessary) in order to protect the INNOCENT VICTIM from the VIOLENT ATTACKER, in the line of duty. What I am talking about here are examples where they do it "after the fact" ~ as such is so very much perverted.
Police Brutality: Hundreds of Thousands to millions : depending.
Some cases where a person's "drugs" were seized and he served NO REAL prison time perhaps thousands to ten’s of thousands. Obviously people could have lost "jobs" as a result of the ‘stigma’/police interference; thus livelihood may have been affected.
People who were interfered with by the government for free-will actions like selling their bodies(prostitution/massage-parlors etc), well ~ those individuals are entitled to reparations. Why would the law say it would be ok if you FILM it and not OK if you do not film it? (such is illogical)
People who "dodged the draft" are entitled to reparations. It is wrong to force a man to fight. Any man who is in the "military" at any time should have the right to drop out, if he took money from them and did not fulfill his contract, then he simply owes them that money. Again : Each case /person/issue is a different case.
"Inappropriate Surveillance" (where the individual was a peaceful person, and he did/does not give permission to be ‘tapped’ out.) This is the whole notion of the "peeping-toms" and "hearing jons" who are working for the government. Once again this page deals with the government and the government’s abuses to the people associated with this situation. If dave privately shines his satellite on me in my shower, well that is SOMETIMES between me and dave, eh? Each case is different, however I think we’re speaking about levels of thousands of dollars and up. Obviously, there may be a case where a PERVERTED police agency violates "lady" in the shower, simply for the nude-images, well, then for this injustice there would be an amount appropriated. A simple phone tapping ~ how much? ~ well you have to ask: "how did it wrongfully interfere with the person's life?" (who else was TUNING IN) In some cases the SURVEILLIANCE saved a person's life and so in all reality the person would be THANKFUL for the "tapping".... This CATEGORY seems like it will probably be the most difficult to DELINEATE, because of the many variables involved. BUSINESS
People who were wrongly attacked or arrested and imprisoned for standing up and making JUSTIFIED "strikes/actions/threats" in the name of liberation of others who were being raped in ways like perhaps ones who were being wrongly-arrested or involuntarilly-experimented on. (of mice and men) A distinction/differentiation should be made between force used defensively versus violent force. People labeled as WRONGFUL-TERRORISTS and HELD under arrest without being charged and then it turns out they were innocent or in some cases they were TRUE FREEDOM FIGHTERS.(we need to think UNIVERSALLY about this stuff) People FORGET: Not all terrorists are BAD. You could have been someone who was wrongly detained and as a result of DIRECT TARGET PROFESSIONAL TERRORISTIC efforts, that is how you were liberated...
Man needs to understand the PAY-BACKS he owes to other animals, by in the way of herbivore refuge zones, and "caged/fenced zone’s" for our fellow creatures who need help to the vegan way. (LARGE ISSUE)
On all of these, each case is a different(I can’t say this enough)
Remember, I am not the "know all - see all", there are other examples which will arise most-likely. When it is time to collect reparations and you have been abused as in like one of the categories listed above and you feel that you are entitled to MORE than what is figured/appropriated to be coming to you, you should have the chance to present your case.
A possible ideation is this: each person’s case will be heard by the new "tribunals" which will be established by the people’s Reformed Government.
There may be some cases where an individual may TURN DOWN reparations that would be coming to him/her, for various reasons...
This is america’s story of payback REFERENCED EXAMPLEs which I am writing about. I suggest other nations follow suit with payback methods for individuals who they, as governments, may have caused abuse/injustice towards.
THIS IS ABOUT SOCIETY DOING THE RIGHT THING
The actual living individuals will be the main focus. Hardship caused to family members of a deceased will be a secondary focus. Example: if I die today before we have this payback method enacted ~ well, then you DO NOT have to pay me, obviously if I am dead that will be a little hard for you to do. In my PARTICULAR case my family should NOT be paid for hardship, they were the ones who forced me to the ground and worked with the police about getting me into the ambulance(I don’t want to go on with my personal abuses here on this page, you can see www.mentalinstitution.20fr.com for more info if you like) It would be tragic if my parents tried to claim money "over my dead body", that would just be another injustice; they in fact played the role of ones like POTTER’s "muggle" parents as they sided with and had a hand in with the MISGUIDED muggle-doctors who coerced and forced drugs on to me. IN CONTRAST there is the other example of where a "father" is wrongly interferred with by the gov't, and as a result ~ the child of the father suffers hardship, and in such a case as this where the father DIES most likely the child would be entitled to reparations.
This particular page is associated with inappropriate government actions against people. These paybacks will most likely not really be made, as they should be, until LAWS are changed and there is a "SOCIOLOGICAL SHIFT" made by the people at large. A shift which involves realization.I think when you WRONGLY INTERFERE WITH SOMEONE you are hurting your chances to live a more peaceful happy life with your friends, family and NUMBER ONE MATE.
We should all keep in mind the notion of forgiveness, where forgiveness is due, once the right things are done. Obviously ~ much/many of the problems, if not all of the problems of man/gov’t can be linked either directly or indirectly to man not being veganly aware.
We need to CORRECT our government's : policies/procedures and structures/functions so abuses do not happen any longer.
